Condition Report

In overall good, stable condition. The gold leaf with a very attractive luster. The wood is solid, but wood type unknown. The front is gold leafed with the visual color of 18k, but unknown whether it is 14k, 18k, 22k or synthetic gold leaf. The rear is painted. Scattered surface scuffs consistent with use and handling. A few areas of loss to the gilt around the hinges and at the bottom of one panel; see additional photos.
