A 1964 Sonny Liston vs. Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) Heavyweight Championship Press Kit,
comprising of original media materials from the historic February 25, 1964 bout between champion Charles Sonny Liston and undefeated challenger Cassius Clay. Orange folder features images of Liston and Clay on front with text WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP FIGHT Sonny Liston, Champion vs. Cassius Clay, Challenger, Miami Beach Convention Hall, February 25, 1964, PRESS KIT. Contents include typed news releases with images of Liston and Clay promoting upcoming bout with headlines: MIAMI AREA STEEPED IN RING HISTORY; BIOGRAPHY OF A CHAMPION; BIOGRAPHY OF A CHALLENGER, CLAY'S KNOCKOUT RECORD OUTSHINES LISTON'S, .789 to .528; BILL MACDONALD ... SPORTSMAN ... GENTLEMAN; KEY TELEPHONE NUMBERS IN GREATER MIAMI; CASSIUS CLAY'S PREDICTION IN VERSE (OF COURSE).
