Condition Report
Each in overall fine condition. Retaining a fairly even refinished surface throughout.  Few areas of tarnish to the gilt metal mounts.  With one key that functions on each case.  Old scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use.   Age cracks visible to the back boards and to the tops beneath the marbles.  The marble tops show wear and small fret losses to the edges consistent with their age, handling and use.  One of the tops is likely later, though seemingly a 19th Century top.  The later top shows an old crack and reglued in the rear corner, about 1”. Losses to the lower edge of each with a few small chip losses to corners.  Lacking shelves to the interior of each.
