Provenance:
Lawry's The Prime Rib, located in the historic L. Hamilton McCormick Mansion, Chicago, Illinois
Condition Report
Appears in overall good, stable condition. Prisms are largely intact, two prisms to interior-most band of prisms on base of chandelier detached and not retained. Other prisms appear largely intact with only a few scattered small flakes and chips that would not be noticeable when hung. Chandelier is wired for electricity on exterior of arms. Some arms bent slightly our of alignment. Drip-pans of candle cups holding lights with drilled holes on rim for other drop prisms. No evidence they were ever used. Chandelier was described as Baccarat on an old appraisal, but there are no visible marks and no proof that the glass was made by Baccarat. Chandelier would need to be professionally crated for shipment by a third-party shipper. Additional images available upon request.
