Lot Description
A Louis XV Style Gilt Bronze Mounted Marquetry Secrétaire à Abattant in the Manner of Jean-Pierre Latz

Height 58 x width 43 x depth 16 3/4 inches.
Condition Report
In overall fine and stable condition. Appears to retain a nice, even patina and color throughout. Old scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Little tarnish to the bronze mounts. Dirt and oxidation visible to the recesses of the bronze mounts. Areas of lifting and minor loss to the veneer, particularly to areas where there are joints for the construction of the case. The hinged lid slopes slightly downward, but retains weight.
