Sheet: 34 x 45 1/2 inches. 
Framed: 37 x 49 inches. 
Not examined out of frame, all edges visible, appears to be hinged along upper edge verso and upper left and right sides verso, uneven toning to sheet mostly visible at extreme edges of sheet, surface dust, some cracking to white ink, occasional paper fibers along sheet edges. Please request additional images.
