Condition Report

Inspected under UV light, 10x loupe, and acetone tested. The plate has been repaired from two or three large fragments; hairline cracks still evident but not affecting the overall stability. Instances of paint loss, surface wear and abrasions; areas of overpaint lift with acetone. Two inventory labels affixed to the underside of pedestal reading, "CA 411." Diameter 10 5/16 inches (26.2 cm).
