Condition Report
There is surface dirt and dust; scattered slight surface scuffs and scratches; scattered pitting to the patina in the top side of the base plate mostly limited to the areas surrounding the stylized stalagmites; cracking at the corners of the exterior framing housing; otherwise this work appears to be in overall good and stable condition.
