Condition (Alice Neel):
Framed: 32 x 24 1/2 inches.
Sheet: 27 1/2 x 21 1/4 inches.
Sheet is taped to backing board on verso of each corner; localized discoloration from adhesive to sheet verso, with less obtrusive discoloration recto; upper hinges have failed; sheet is toned overall; very minor waviness along the upper edge. 

Condition (Will Barnet):
Framed: 32 x 24 1/2 inches.
Sheet: 29 1/2 x 22 1/4 inches.
Not examined out of frame; all edges visible; sheet appears to be taped to backing board on verso of each corner; discoloration from adhesive showing through to sheet recto; toned overall; minor abrasions in tree branch to left of woman's hand with berry, in lower center of blue nearest to crook in tree and branch, and in lower right edge of lowest tree branch, near the date; faint brown finger print smudges in lower left corner margin of paper.
