p. 1 (Dear Ruthie..): here are two creases in the lower left corners also echoed at the folds along the left edge and in the upper left corner; two horizontal hard creases by intent for envelope insertion; light handling creases around the edges and at the folds; otherwise this sheet appears to be in overall good and stable condition.

p. 2 (Look Out...):  There are two horizontal hard creases by intent for envelope insertion; light handling creases around the edges and at the folds; otherwise this sheet appears to be in overall good and stable condition.

Envelope:  There is a yellowish stain surrounding the left hand A and 1 in th address; smearing of the ink on the address and return address; handling creases scattered throughout most pronounced along the edges and at the corners; envelope verso torn open from original removal of letter drawings by receipeint; otherwise the envelope appears to be in overall good and stable condition.
