LAWRENCE & HOUSEWORTH, photographers. Friday’s Station, Lake Valley near Stateline, Nevada. San Francisco: ca 1865. Stereoview No. 220 (images torn from mount, loss to top and right/left edges of images, spotting; corner and edge wear to mount, surface loss to mount verso). The station, built for the Pony Express is near Stateline, NV. “California” with copyright information for Lawrence & Houseworth printed on the front margins. “Photographed And Published Lawrence & Houseworth, Opticians, Importers of Stereoscopic Goods, ETC., ETC., 317 & 319 Montgomery St., San Francisco” printed on the verso., Mautz pg. 111.
