Condition Report
Condition:

The overall condition is very good though the jacket has some minor soiling along the neckline and under each arm in the lining. The pile of the velvet on the jacket is in very good condition with negligible flattening along the shoulders. The pants are in good condition with two repairs made, one in the front rise just under the fly, and the other on the back right pocket towards the center back rise. The waistband appears to have had some alterations as the front closure is misaligned. There is some soiling along each inseam starting at the crotch seam. Flattened piles are noticeable along the waistband from hanging as well as along both pant legs, about halfway down.
