Set is in good stable condition. The original upholstery is free of major rips or soiling to the fabric, sun fading has occurred most notable to seat cushions does not immediately detract from overall sectional. Includes leather straps to connect back cushions to seat cushions. Buttons to connect elements are not all retained and have light fraying are not necessary to secure sofa sections. Wood frames show some dryness to finish located on the underside of the legs seemingly from use. Wood has scattered scuffs, scratches, and light abrasions consistent with age. Both armrest can be detached for shipping.
