A Set of Eight Louis XVI Style Painted Dining Chairs
Circa 1880
each with navy blue leather-upholstered backs and seats.

Condition Report
Seat height 19 inches. Each chair in good, attractive and stable condition overall, with exception of one example that is lacking the plastic end to one foot, creating a slight wobble due to off-balance with other three feet. Each chair having scattered wear and loss to paint as is typical for age; some instances of a white-wash like fill in areas, not immediately obvious. Some grime to the upholstered surfaces and nail heads throughout, one example with significant grime and debris to the seat, the back seat rail with some debris as well and nail heads with some type of rusted wear.
