Condition Report
Overall, the tapestry is in very good condition and has maintained it's strong appearance, is stable and quite striking. Many of the colors are well preserved but there is consistent slight fading to darker colors, although this is consistent with tapestries of this period due to the dyestuffs. There are many areas of repairs, dry threads and darning, as well as minor broken wefts throughout. Linen-backed. Please see additional images.
