Condition Report
Condition:

THE FIRST
The overall condition is good structurally with the following:
Losses: The front right outer layer has a line of threads that indicate there were either buttons, toggles, or some other form of closure that is now missing. There is considerable wear along the neckline and lapel, sleeve hems, front pocket welts, and front opening which has revealed the base woven layer.
Repairs/Alterations: The bottom of the coat appears to have had alterations made and is evidenced by some creases in the lining. The shoulders appear to have had either repairs, reworking, or other alterations made and is noticeable by the blue stitching seen in the shoulder lining. The collar appears to have been either reworked or repaired as some internal stitching is of a different color than black. The sleeves appear to have been shortened.

THE SECOND
The overall condition is very good structurally with the following:
Split/Separated Seams: Both front pleat seams have some loose and popped stitches.
Soiling/Spots: There is a white mark on the front right hemline.

THE THIRD
The overall condition is very good with the following:
Losses: The lining has some noticeable wear along the corners of the pocket welts and waist cinch and along seam lines around the waist and hips in the lining. There are some minor scratches on each of the buttons.
Soiling/Spots: There is some light soiling along the interior back neckline.
