This lot includes a three-piece skirt ensemble and beret.

Three-piece skirt ensemble including a green, gray, and orange plaid tweed coat with rolled collar, cuffed long sleeves, pleated side panels with attached waist cinch, inseam side pockets, and front gold-tone rope edged buttons; paired with a green, beige, and orange stripe and floral print jacket with military-style collar, nipped waist with a beige leather belt, front hip pockets, and center front button closure, a matching pleated skirt with left side zip closure, and orange felt beret brimmed with matching tweed band, and rooster pin.

Condition Report

Condition:

The overall condition is very good with the following:
Structural Issues: The coat has some pilling throughout as it is a loose woven tweed. The belt is curved with some minor buckling from use.
Soiling/Spots: The interior underarms, sleeve hems, and neckline of the jacket are lightly soiled from wear. The front belt leather has darkened at the buckle end. The skirt has some minor soiling along the waistband.
Corrosion/Tarnish: the coat front buttons have discolored/darkened slightly from use.
Repairs/Alterations: The jacket hemline chain appears to have been reattached at some point and the hips have been let out on the side seams which is noticeable in the lining.
