Lot Description
A Set of Eight French Porcelain Plates
Rue Thiroux, Paris, 19th Century
with polychrome and gilt decoration, each bearing a Marie Antoinette monogram to the center with red crown and 'A' marks painted to underside.
Diameter 10 1/4 inches.

Condition Report
In good condition. No chips, cracks or repairs to any examples. There is slight variation in the saturation of the glaze which is probably original to production and not a result of fading or loss. Only very minor instances of rubbing to the gilt trim; no signifcant losses or damage.
