An Egyptian Painted Limestone Stele of Simut, Second Prophet of Amun
New Kingdom, 18th Dynasty, Reign of Amenhotep III, 1391-1353 B.C.
Height 8 inches (20 cm).

Note:
A seated figure labeled with the partially missing but securely restorable name of a son of the famous vizier Ramose, reading: "[Si-m]ut son of [Ra-]mose." The vizier Ramose is well known today for his own beautiful tomb in the Theban Necropolis.
