LATE QING DYNASTY

晚清 “博及漁人”款德化白瓷觀音坐像
the bodhisattva depicted seated, her body slightly turned to the right, dressed in draped robes with a shawl covering her shoulders, wearing an elaborated necklace, all hair combed to a chignon, the face bearing a subtle smile, the reverse incised with a four-character maker's mark, boji yuren.

Height 8 3/4 in., 22.2 cm.

Condition Report

In good condition, firing cracks to the base, a pit to the left shoulder.
