Condition Report

Inspected with UV light and 10x loupe. Restoration to the proper right side of mask near the edge; possible repair to the back of the mask. Scattered instances of surface loss throughout, exposing the underlying gesso and linen. Losses or cracks to gilding and pigment, albeit elements of the face are exceptionally preserved. Superficial splits, cracks, and dents throughout, does not effect the overall structure of the object. Overall fine and stable condition for an object from this age. Height with stand 18 1/4 inches (46.2 cm).
