Condition Report

Inspected under UV light, 10x loupe, and acetone tested. Inclusion on the front and back of the proper left side along the chin, jaw, and lower cheek; small crack with possible professional repair. Other inclusions within the jade throughout. Both ears have been pierced. Four stylized holes; on one each side under ears lobes and two to the back of the maskette at the top of the head. Traces of sediment within the crevices such as the eyes, nostrils, mouth, and holes. Smooth surface with very minor surface abrasions evident under loupe. White inventory label written in ink reading, "65576," taped to the underside of maskette. Overall in very fine and attractive condition. Height with stand 4 inches (10.2 cm).
