Boston: Fields, Osgood, & Co., 1870.  FIRST ISSUE, not including "Brown of Calaveras." BAL 7246. -- IRVING, Washington. Wolfert's Roost. NY: G.P. Putnam & Co., 1855. Gilt. Provenance: Edward Grabhorn (1889-1968), co-founder of Grabhorn Press (bookplate).  -- TARKINGTON, Booth. Monsieur. NY: McClure, Phillips & Co., 1900.
