Condition Report

The canvas is not lined. There is a 1 1/2 in horizontal tear in canvas at upper left corner. Slight buckling at upper left corner. Clean varnish. Under UV light: very fine touch-ups along the upper left edge, another larger area of inpainting at right near the flag, and further scattered dots of inpainting at upper right edge and through the sky.
