Condition Report

Overall spotting, tarnish, and verdigris, particularly to the eagles and the front of the chariot. Dull tone, would benefit from cleaning. The reins detached but present. The dial missing one hand. With pendulum, no winding key. The clock is not running and needs repair; one point accepts winding, the other does not.
