A Chinese Coral Red Ground Gilt and Green Enameled Porcelain Figure of Dragon
the beast modeled with a serpentine body and head held high and turned towards its flamelike tail, worked with gruesome details to the bulging eyes, pointed fangs, and slender claws.
Length 10 in., 25.4 cm.
Condition Report
Overall decent and stable condition. Restorations to two claws, and a repair to the gilt highlighted and two small missing pieces on the flaming pearl. A few minor chips to the tip of the dragon's eyebrow and blowing beard.
