[CIVIL WAR]. CDV of a Union drummer with his instrument. 

2 1/4 x 3 5/8 in. CDV on cardstock mount (toning, minor punctures, bit of loss to lower left edge, wear and possible clipping to mount). Subject wears his drum on a strap and poses with a stick in each hand held to the head of the drum. Provenance: Dave Taylor's Civil War Antiques (2007 catalogue).
