Condition Report

The commode is in good stable condition. The top has some minor scratches to the faux finish and small chips on the edges.
There is one area with a think layer of a sticky substance like glue, that would come off with the proper solvent that wouldn't harm the surface. The drawers slide easily.
It bears the label of "Union-National, Inc., Jamestown, NY"
