Framed: 40 1/2 x 55 inches. 
The canvas is laid down on masonite. It appears that the canvas was cut down along the lower edge and a pice with the signature has been preserved and glued to the reverse. There is very minor, flat craquelure in the sky. The varnish is slightly yellow. Under UV light: a large area of inpainting at upper left corner; scattered smaller areas of inpainting through the sky and at center of canvas to address a vertical stretcher mark.
