配木匣，匣簽：宋畫院林椿德禽之圖
題簽：宋錢塘林椿花竹德禽圖。蕭開甲題簽。吳氏珍藏。鑒藏印一枚，漫漶不清。
款識：林椿
鑒藏印：長白覺羅崇恩仰之氏鑒藏圖書印（崇恩），另四枚，皆漫漶不清。
注：崇恩（1803-1878）舊藏。崇恩正红旗，姓觉罗氏，历任泰安知府、山东巡抚、驻藏帮办大臣、内阁学士、阿克苏办事大臣等。道咸間名藏家，何紹基密友，著有《香南居士集》、《枕琴軒詩草》、《香南精舍金石契》、《崇雨舲中丞詩稿守岱集》、《金石玉銘》等。好書畫碑帖，过眼既多且精。曾自云：“敝齋蓄宋拓碑版不下數十種，至於宋帖，僅《蘭亭》十余種、《閣帖》三卷、《鼎帖》一冊、《潭帖》九本、《越州石氏晉唐小楷》一冊、《太清樓書譜》一冊、《蘭亭續帖》半部而已。”

題跋：
（1）林椿寫生能奪造化之妙，非同流所可企及。此卷花竹德禽圖乃其學也。觀其意態生動，神采儼然。徐崔而後一人而已。藏者秘諸。金華黃溍奉題。鈐印：晉卿
（2）林椿錢唐人，工畫花鳥翎毛，師趙昌。傅色輕淡，深得造化之妙。淳熙年畫院待詔賜金帶。鄉人高得暘。鈐印：高得暘印
（3）寫生之妙與道合，機非可汎焉爲之也。若林椿此卷，點染自得，不凡信乎，名下無虛士也。展閱一過，心自爲之爽然。日書此以者喜，玉峰顧瑾。鈐印：顧瑾、另一漫漶不清
（4）臨川危素批閲竟日。鈐印：危素之印
