Consisting of a removable pendant drop containing a diamond fan design and oval wreath buckle element suspending a watch with 25.00 x 14.00 mm case dimensions in a single cut diamond bezel, matte silvered dial signed TIFFANY & CO., 18 jewel manual wind movement signed PATEK PHILIPPE GENEVA, supported by a long black velvet ribbon necklace decorated with four sliding elements containing numerous old mine and rose cut diamonds. 26 inches long.

Condition Report

Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 26 inches long and the removable drop measures approximately 3 3/4 inches long.
Overall Condition: There is one diamond missing on the wreath surround and one of the diamond slides is missing as well. Acid test indicates platinum. There is discoloration to the dial. The watch sets but is not running at the time of cataloguing.
