In overall stable, usable condition. The paint has been refreshed but shows flaking and loss, with the underlying wood visible in several areas. There is separation between the boards in the top. The center drawer has a lock plate and key which are heavily oxidized. The key turns and the lock appears to function, but because of swelling the drawer does not fit fully into the case, and therefore the face plate doesn't align correctly with the strike plate. The key does not fit the lock in the cabinet door; that door (on the proper left side) is locked and cannot be opened. The other door is unlatched and cannot be latched closed without the other door being opened. There is one internal shelf present.
