Dimensions of figure: Height 75 x width 30 x depth 19 inches. Dimensions overall (including base): Height 93 x width 31 x depth 24 inches.

Overall intact and ready to place. One arm and much of the eagle lost. Other chips, age cracks, weathered surface and negligible discolorations are normal for age and consistent with prior use outdoors. There is an associated marble plinth (modern). Exact weight unknown and not weighable; approximately 1,250 pounds. The sculpture was delivered from Indianapolis to Hindman by Navis Pack and Ship (847-235-6373). It is stored on a wood pallet and the winning bidder must hire movers who have a forklift to raise it. Hindman has a sunken loading dock but not a forklift.
