Condition Report

Overall in good stable condition. Mirrored surface with small chips to edges and losses consistent with age and gentle use; not noticeable unless examined outside of frame. The glass tiles and resin elements with a few small and stable hairline cracks and losses to the glass, which are not visually distracting. Approximately 13 resin tiles with losses or chips. Some loose resin upon close inspection.
