8vo. (Toned.) Disbound, caption title. Provenance: House of Representatives Library (stamp to interior page). Signed in type throughout by Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and William Henry Harrison. 

FIRST EDITION pamphlet publishing treaties negotiated with several eastern Native American tribes and the United States. From a bound volume of Congressional records.

FIRST EDITION publication of a document signed by over 220 members of the Fox, sent to the United States government that they "under the existing regulations respecting the payment of our annuities, we have again been deprived of our just rights as members of the Sac and Fox nation. RARE: OCLC locates only 3 copies.
