Condition Report
Overall in very attractive and ready to place condition. The case partially or entirely redecorated in the 20th century. Some areas showing craquelure and age related wear. Overall the painted motifs are not original. The cabinet was probably originally similarly painted in other colors. The upper sections back boards and interior have been replaced. There are areas along the side and edges which have been overpainted to conceal chipping paint. There are scattered small chips throughout exposing the white underneath. The locks have been removed from the drawers. On the proper right side there is a section of molding which is pulling away from the case due to shrinkage.

Depth of the lower stage of the cabinet is 20 1/2 inches. Depth of the upper cabinet 8 1/4 inches.
