Condition Report
In overall fairly good and stable condition. Having a thick, mostly even pile throughout. With spots from soil throughout; needs cleaning. Few scattered small tears in the ground, not immediately noticeable. Few minor frays to the pile. Some minor instances of re-weave. Additional images available upon request.
