Condition Report
Framed: 41 3/4 x 51 3/4 inches.

Moderate deposits of surface dirt and dust; canvas edges have been trimmed, removing the signature, and the canvas is laid to board; there is an approximately 1" vertical scratch accompanied by lifting material in center right edge; frame abrasions, as well as small paint and canvas losses, scattered along all edges; pinpoint white accretions scattered throughout surface; small spot of inpainting to the left of the girl and in one of her legs, visible under normal and UV light. Under UV light: thick varnish fluoresces green and obscures most viewing of inpainting; however, inpainting does appear scattered throughout the wall above the mantel; small spots of inpainting to the left of the left standing woman's face and on the brim of the standing woman on the right; small spots of inpainting within the girl's face; strokes of inpainting to the right of the baby, as well as to the left of the window and to the left of the grandfather clock.
