Condition Report
Overall good, attractive and ready-to-hang condition. The gilding has been refreshed, but shows some age and was well water-gilded. Mirror glasses show signs of age including loss of silver and cloudy effects; one glass more worn than the other. Unsure if original. Probably originally had leafy crests or other embellishments; unsure of the original configuration. On the backs of the mirrors, old hardware sites are visible where decorative elements probably once were. Negligible scuffs and chips in the gilt surface exposing the gesso in a few small areas.

The physical condition of lots in our auctions can vary due to age, normal wear and tear, previous damage, and restoration/repair. All lots are sold "AS IS," in the condition they are in at the time of the auction, and we and the seller make no representation or warranty and assume no liability of any kind as to a lot's condition.
