New York: Parasol Press, 1974, 9 of 10 gelatin silver prints, each signed, consecutively numbered 'VI-1-10' (lacking plate 4 Silverton, 1951) and '25/110' in pencil on the mount; Portfolio VI copyright credit stamp on the mount verso;  printed title page, plate list, colophon, dedication page, and introduction by Beaumont and Nancy Newhall; contained in an elephant folio, beige linen clamshell box.
each c.19 3/4 by 15 1/4in. (50.2 by 38.7cm.) or the reverse mount: each 23 x 29in. (68.5 x 73.6cm.)

Condition Report
Each a neutral toned print on semi-gloss paper, trimmed to edges and mounted on archival board. Portrait of Gottardo Piazzoni with one or two tiny scratches, lower right quadrant, visible in a raking light only. Remaining prints, text inserts and portfolio box in excellent condition. PLEASE NOTE that the Portfolio lacks one image -- Silverton, Colorado.
