An Opaque Twist Engraved Wine Glass of British Naval Interest
Circa 1760 the Engraving likely later

the bucket form bowl engraved "Succefs to the British Navy" above five three-masted ships of the line and raised on a stem with an opaque corkscrew twist encasing a central opaque gauze twist element.

Height 6 3/4 inches.

Having a small flat flake to underside and side of foot. The underside of foot rim with considerable shelfwear. Additional images available upon request.
