**Kokura Arsenal Arisaka Type 99 Rifle

World War II

7.7x58mm Arisaka. 26" barrel length. SN: 6310. Blued military finish. Hardwood stock has a plain semi pistol grip and forearm, with hand grooves and single barrel band. Bolt action rifle with adjustable folding ladder rear peep sight with anti-aircraft arms removed and blade front sight with ear protectors. Item features an internal box magazine, bayonet lug forend, cleaning rod, and double side mounted sling swivels. Monopod legs appear to have been removed as well. Chrysanthemum has been milled off.

Condition Report

Good. Bore is coated with thick grease residue. Finish has scattered losses, scratches, and sprinkled pitting. Stock has scratches and mars overall. Action is functional.
