Colt Old Line Open Top Revolver with Ivory Grips

Manufactured 1875

.22 RF. 2.375" barrel length. SN: 54925. Blued metal finish to barrel and cylinder, with brass finish to frame. Grips are plain ivory bird's head panels. Single action revolver with hammer notch rear sight, blade front sight, and a 7-shot cylinder. Markings include two-line Colt Hartford address marks to barrel.

Condition Report

Fine. Bore is frosty, with some pitting and residue. Barrel and cylinder both have losses to finish along with with shallow pit marks. Frame shows some mottled discoloration and light scratches to brass finish. Grips have some yellowed discoloration. Grip screw and hammer both retain some of original nitre bluing. Action is functional.
