12pp, 4 3/4 x 8 1/4 in., paper wrappers, stapled at spine (very fine condition, minimal wear). Issued by Cleveland Robinson, Chairman, and Bayard Rustin, Deputy Director, this manual was the second and last set of instructions issued to march organizers.
