COLLECTION OF SUFFRAGETTE THEMED JEWELRY
Including two demi parures of violets, clip earrings and pins, and a silver tone replica 'Jailed for Freedom' pin.

N.B. The 'Jailed for Freedom' pins were awarded to suffragettes who were imprisoned after picketing in front of the White House in 1917. A photograph of the original 'Jailed for Freedom' pin is in Read My Pins.

Green, white, and violet were worn by the suffragettes as a constant reminder to "Give Women the Vote".

Measurements:

Blue Earrings: 7/8 inch long.
Purple Earrings: 1 inch long.
Blue Brooch: 1 3/8 inches wide.
Purple Brooch: 2 1/8 x 1 3/8 inches.
Jailed for Freedom Pin: 1 1/4 x 3/4 inches.

Overall Condition: Scratches, wear, and discoloration throughout.
