Lot Description
[CIVIL WAR]. Quarter plate ruby ambrotype of armed Union soldier. N.p.: n.p., [1860s].
Quarter plate hand-tinted ruby ambrotype. (Very minor spotting.) Housed in full Scarce geometric thermoplastic union case with geometric and fruit motif [Berg 3-20] (minor wear to edges).
Full standing portrait of unidentified Union soldier wearing a caped overcoat and holding a musket with fixed saber bayonet. In his other hand he holds his adorned hat.
