Lot Description
Two Japanese Cast Iron Teapots, Tetsubin 
LATE 19TH CENTURY/EARLY 20TH CENTURY
the larger example of compressed globular form, cast with landscape, with an overhanging handle, cast with the mark of Ryubundo, 龍文堂; the smaller example of cylindrical form, decorated with chrysanthemums, peonies and vessels, with an overhanging handle, the cover engraved Ryubundo, 龍文堂.
Height of taller 8 1/2 in., 21.6 cm.
Condition Report
Each in overall good condition. Minor wear to the surface consistent with age.
