8 x 11 1/2 in. letterpress broadside (spotting, some edge wear). Text derides the "coaxing, blarneying address" given by Governor Horatio Seymour amidst the July 1863 draft riots in New York City, in which he referred to the rioters as "My Friends."

A Unionist broadside published to persuade public opinion during the 1864 general election.
