Titled in negative "Harlan Photo. Colo. Springs"

9 1/2 x 7 5/8 in. silver gelatin photograph on printing out paper (heavy creasing throughout, with some wear to edges and corners including a 1 in. rip to right edge). Captioned and credited in the negative along bottom edge, "Cripple Creek Colo, Short Line Ry in Foreground. Harlan Photo. Colo Sp'gs." Modern ink ownership stamp on verso. 

Visible in the image is the Moon Anchor Mine. A rich bird's eye view of the sprawling mining town.
