Two Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Scholar's Objects
19TH CENTURY
the first a small archaistic ding-form incense burner, painted on one side with a bird perched on flowering peonies, the other with a landscape, narrow sides with inscriptions in black enamel; the second an opened scroll-form wrist rest, painted with floral blossoms and shou medallions amongst clouds. 
Height of vessel 3 3/8 in., 8.2 cm.
Condition Report
The wristrest length 5 1/2 in. The small ding ware has a broken handle.
